Policies for Facility Rentals

  1. Cancellations or Changes: There is no charge for changing the wedding date if done 60 days or more prior to the scheduled date. (All dates and times are subject to availability.)
    1. A $50.00 handling fee will be incurred for all schedule changes with less than 60 days notice.
    2. Cancellation made more than 120 days from event date - 50% refund of rental fee
    3. Cancellation made less than 120 days from event date - No Refund
  2. Only approved organists may play in the Chapel. The Trinity Wedding Administrator will provide a list of approved organists.
  3. Flower petals (Natural, dried, or silk) and balloons are prohibited in the Chapel.
  4. Aisle runners are prohibited in the Chapel
  5. Only a Unity Candle and stand with drip less side tapers can be added to the existing altar candles in the Chapel. All other types of candles are prohibited.
  6. Nothing may be thrown inside the Chapel. Only bubbles may be used outside the Chapel. Rice, birdseed and paper are prohibited.
  7. Food and beverages are prohibited in the Chapel. This includes Communion wine.
  8. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire Trinity facility
  9. Renter is responsible for the removal of all flowers, containers, garbage etc. from the premises by the end of the rental period.
  10. All personal belongings must be removed by the end of the rental period. Trinity Episcopal Church and Trinity Wedding Chapel are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
  11. Trinity Episcopal Church reserves the right to schedule other activities within the Trinity facility; however, they will be separate from the Wedding Chapel.
  12. Any physical alterations or adjustments to the Wedding Chapel by the renter are strictly prohibited - this includes the use of glue, thumbtacks, nails and wire. Adhesives of any kind such as tape, tacks, screws or uncovered wire are prohibited on any Wedding Chapel surface, including pews.
  13. No animals are permitted in the Chapel with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities.
  14. Temperature control and the opening of windows will be the responsibility of the Trinity Wedding Attendant.
  15. Chapel decorations may not be removed or altered before or during the rental period.
  16. Damages: Renter agrees to assume all costs for repair of any damages incurred during the rental period to the grounds, building and any objects therein, above and beyond that of normal usage, as determined by the Trinity Wedding Administrator.
  17. Parking - there is no reserved parking. There is limited parking available in the Trinity Church lot. In addition a city parking lot is a convenient distance from the church and street parking is permitted adjacent to the church.
