As many of us prepare for the upcoming holidays with parties, special treats and family feasts, please take a moment to remember our neighbors who may be struggling during this season. Food pantries continue to be swamped with requests for assistance at this time and are seeking donations. A monetary donation allows the food pantry to purchase the foods that are most needed at a reduced price (a one dollar donation can purchase as much as $8 worth of food).
A generous member of Trinity has offered to match donations to the People’s Resource Center (PRC) food pantry up to $1000.
If you are able to contribute, please do so. Donating is easy:
- Put your donation into an envelope and write ‘People’s Resource Center’ on it
- If you donate by check, please make the check out to Trinity and write ‘People’s Resource Center’ in the memo line
- If you use the online donation method, select the ‘People’s Resource Center’ from the option list and follow the instructions on the ‘Give’ page.
